Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
Items must be reported within 48 hours of product delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Return Process

Once the issue is verified, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products.
If the same product is available in stock, we will arrange a replacement.
If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed to the **original payment method within 5–7 business days**.
Shipping charges may not be refundable in certain cases.
